Robert E Spangler JBT Scholarship Fund

The principal and/or net income from the Fund shall be used to support the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Scholarship Program in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Dean of said College, or designee, shall determine the recipients, amount and timing of the scholarships, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials and in accordance with the existing guidelines for the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Scholarship Program. Scholarships awards shall be known as the “Robert E. Spangler JBT Scholarship” and shall be appropriately recognized and publicized.
