John H. Bicket Scholarship

The net income from the Fund is to be used to assist full time undergraduate students in the payment of tuition and fees at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Students eligible to receive this support shall be enrolled in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences and shall be residents of the State of Illinois with demonstrated financial need. Preference shall be given to students from Illinois farm families. The Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, or designee, shall make the selection of the student of students to receive the John H. Bicket Scholarship, subject to the restrictions contained in this Agreement and to the approval of the appropriate University of Illinois officials. The amount of said Scholarship or Fellowship shall depend upon the net income and it is Donor’s intention that, as the Fund grows, the full amount of tuition and fees would be covered by this award. Donor intends that the Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences use good judgement in making these awards available to earnest, hard working students.
