The net income from the Fund shall be used to support the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Agricultural Scholarship Program in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 2. The Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, or designee, shall determine the recipients, amount, and timing of the scholarships, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials and in accordance with the existing guidelines for the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Agricultural Scholarship Program. Scholarships available hereunder shall be known as the “John and Eunice Campbell Family JBT Scholarships”, and shall be appropriately recognized and publicized. Any net income from the Fund not expended in any year shall, in the discretion of and at the direction of the Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, either be added to the principal of the Fund of be accumulated and used to fund the scholarship at a higher level in subsequent years.
