Christopher James Crowell Memorial JBT Scholarship Fund

The net income from the Fund shall be used to support scholarships in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Scholarships shall be awarded in accordance with the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Scholarship Program in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences. It is the Donors’ preference that the following criteria be considered in making scholarship awards: a. First preference shall be given to Agricultural Engineering majors from a Peoria, Illinois high school, including any public schools in District 150 or private schools within the city limits of Peoria, Illinois. b. Second preference shall be given to Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences majors from a Peoria, Illinois high school, including any public schools in District 150 or private schools within the city limits of Peoria, Illinois. The Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences, or designee, shall determine the recipients, amount, and timing of the scholarships to be awarded, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials.
