FROM DRAFT AGREEMENT: The Foundation shall maintain the current use fund #335581 that willl be used in the same manner as the Fund (776058). Donors may designate gifts to the current use fund, where all or part of the gift corpus may be spent down. The Fund will benefit the Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (“Unit”). If for any reason the current functions of the Unit are transferred to another organizational unit of the University or the name of the Unit is changed, then the Fund will continue to benefit the Unit, as changed. The Fund Assets shall support undergraduate scholarships in the Unit in accordance with the provisions of the Jonathan Baldwin Turner (JBT) Scholarship Program.
