Phillip J. Heisner JBT Scholarship Fund

The Fund Assets shall be used to support the Jonathan Baldwin Turner Agricultural Scholarship program in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois-Champaign. The Dean of said College, or designee, shall determine the recipients, amount and timing of the scholarships to be awarded, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials. Scholarship awards shall be known as the “Phillip J. Heisner JBT Scholarship” and shall be appropriately recognized and publicized.
