I devise and bequeath fifty percent (50%) of said residuary estate to the University of Illinois Foundation, a Corporation duly existing under the laws of the State of Illinois located at Urbana, Illinois to be used as a part of any endowment, or as a separate endowment if the directors of said Foundation so desire, for the JONATHAN BALDWIN TURNER AGRICULTURAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, the income from said funds to be used in accordance with the terms and provisions, as they may from time to time exist, of said scholarship program.
