Phil Jones Scholarship

The Fund shall support scholarships within the Unit. Recipients shall be incoming freshmen, undergraduates, or transfer students, and shall be selected based upon academic merit. First preference shall be given to students from Washington County. Second preference shall be given to students from Clinton County, Marion County, Jefferson County, Perry County, St Clair County or Randolph County. In cases where all else is equal, the Donors prefer that the Unit selects recipients with the most financial need. Scholarships shall be renewable.
