Debbie Steck Steele Memorial Scholarship

Fifty percent (50%) of the net income shall be used to fund The Debbie Steck Steele Memorial Scholarship to a full-time undergraduate student, and a student in the College of Agriculture, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with preference given to residents of Knox County, Illinois. Selection will be made by the Dean or designee (s), College of Agriculture in accordance with established college scholarship procedures, subject to approval of appropriate University of Illinois officials. If it is not possible for the net income from the Fund to be used as described in Paragraph 1 (or 2), then one hundred percent (100%) of net income shall be used as described in Paragraph 2 (or 1).
