N & D Waffle Scholarship

The trustee shall distribute any farmland in Grundy County, Illinois, then held in the trust or then passing the trust under the terms of the will to the University of Illinois College of Agriculture, to be operated as farmland with the income used to provide scholarships for students in that College. On the death of the last to die of my husband and me the trustee shall distribute any farmland in Grundy County, Illinios, then held in the trust or then passing to the trust under the terms of the will to the University of Illinois College of Agriculture, as a memorial to my husband and me, to be operated as farmland with the income used to provide scholarships for students in that College.
