RALPH J GARBER SCHOLARSHIP

The net income from such fund be used as follows: A. Four-fifths payable annually as scholarships awarded to students enrolled in the College of Agriculture of the University of Illinois at Urbana, Illinois. B. One-fifth annually retained, added to the principal, and invested. C. At such time as the principal sum reaches a total value of $50,000, all income thereafter to be used annually for scholarships. The principal and income of the fund to be administered according to the established policies of the Foundation and the University of Illinois.
