If my wife does not survive me, my entire residuary estate shall be allocated, conveyed, transferred, and delivered by my corporate executor to the College of Agriculture (or its successor) of the University of Illinois (or its successor) presently located at Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. This gift shall be used directly or indirectly by the governing body of that organization to provide tuition, books and supplies for such needy College of Agriculture students or prospective students as the governing body of that organization may from time to time determine; provided, however, that except as specifically provided in Article I above, and Article III, paragraph I© below, any farm property which I own at the time of my death shall not be sold prior to the lapse of ten (10) years from and including the date of my wife’s death in the event she shall survive me, or my death in the event she shall fail to survive me, as the case may be. If, at any time, the governing body of such organization determines, in its sole discretion, that the gift cannot be used to substantial advantage for the purpose I have specified or that a clearly greater need exists for one(1) or more other purposes similar in general nature, the gift may be used for such other purpose or purposes, as the case may be
