John D Phillips Scholarship

to the U of I with the request that the University apply this devise to benefit the College of Agriculture Consumer and Environmental Sciences and the students of that College. It would be consistent with my intention for the devise to be used to sponsor scholarships, but the University shall have authority to make such other use of the devise as may be deemed appropriate.
