John Philemon and Villa Sprague Stout Scholarship

I bequeath Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) to the University of Illinois Foundation, a not-for-profit corporation located in Urbana, Illinois, to be used for an endowed scholarship for undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The scholarship shall be known as the “John Philemon and Villa Sprague Stout Scholarship”. The dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences shall determine the recipients, timing and amount of scholarships, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials.
