Dr. Hans Beerman Memorial Scholarship

The residue of the Trust shall be held in perpetuity and as a private charitable foundation trust. The Trust is to be held solely to benefit the UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS with fifty percent (50%) of the net income payable annually for the Agricultural School, in memory of Dr. Hans Beerman, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the net income payable annually for the Music School in memory of the Grantor’s parents, Clifford LeRoy Shank and Pearl Shank.
