To be used to establish one or more scholarships in the College of Agriculture to be awarded annually by a committee appointed by the Dean of the College of Agriculture. The committee is to determine the amount of each scholarship. Scholarships are to be awarded on the basis of high moral character, good scholastic ability, financial need and promise of making a contribution to agriculture in Illinois. Recipients are required to be undergraduate students in Agriculture who are in the first year of undergraduate studies. At least one-third of the annual income shall be awarded to student(s) residing in Marshall County or Putnam County, Illinois. The balance of the income may be awarded to student(s) who reside in Illinois and who are otherwise qualified.
