The net income from the Fund shall be used to provide financial need-based scholarships to students enrolled in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. In the selection of recipients, preference shall be given to undergraduate students from Edgar County, Illinois.
