Carol K. Johnson

The net income of the Fund shall be used to support undergraduate scholarships in the Unit. Preference
shall be given to students from rural farming areas. The University may determine all other details about the use of the net income,
including, but not limited to amount spent, recipients and timing, in accordance with University policies and procedures. The Donor
intends to establish a fund at the Foundation in order to acknowledge the impact Carol Johnson had on him during his time as a student at
the University of Illinois.
