James Arthur Bauling Memorial Scholarship

The fund shall be known as the James Arthur Bauling Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship shall be awarded by the Committee on Special Undergraduate Scholarships on recommendation of the Scholarship Committee of the College of Agriculture. The Award shall be made in varying amounts of approximately $200.00-$250.00 per year or according to the judgement of the Scholarship Committee. The recipient shall be a junior or senior in Agriculture who is majoring in Agronomy or who plans to do advanced work in Plant Pathology. The recipient shall be selected on the basis of scholarship, financial need, and general character. Preference shall be given to graduates of Hononegah Community High School, Winnebago County, and the State of Illinois respectively. The interest only should be used to establish and maintain a perpetual fund to provide for the above Scholarship.
