Eilene Nolan Morton Memorial Scholarship

The Fund Assets shall be used to provide scholarships to undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The awards shall be based on financial need. Scholarships shall be awarded to one or more students from a rural area of Illinois and active in the Illinois 4-H program. First preference shall be for students from Christian County but should not be restricted to students from Christian County. The Dean of said College, or designee, shall determine the recipients, amount and timing of the scholarships to be awarded, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials.
