The net income shall support scholarships in the Unit. The Unit shall give preference to students who meet the following criteria (in order of priority): (1) from a farming background, (2) from Stark County, Illinois, who are (3) first generation college students. The University may determine all other details about the use of the net income, including, but not limited to amount spent, recipients, and timing, in accordance with University policies and procedures.
