Frank and Earline Graham Scholarships

The Fund shall be used to provide scholarships to undergraduate students who are enrolled in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. First preference in the awarding of the scholarships shall be given to students living in Menard and/or Logan counties, with further preference given to those students coming from family operated farms as may be defined from time to time by the appropriate personnel in the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences. The scholarships shall be awarded based upon both financial need and academic merit. Scholarship recipients shall be eligible for renewal so long as the selection criteria continue to be satisfied and there is demonstration of adequate progress toward a degree. The Dean of the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, or designee(s), shall determine how the scholarship program is to be administered, including such considerations as timing and amount, subject to the approval of the appropriate University officials. The scholarships shall be known as the “Frank and Earline Graham Scholarships” and shall be appropriately publicized as such.
