Naomi R. and Freeman A. Koehler Scholarship

The net income from the Fund shall be used to provide scholarships—to be known as the “Naomi R. and Freeman A. Koehler Scholarship” to students enrolled in the School of Human Resources and Family Studies, College of Agriculture, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The Koehler Scholarship is to be awarded to a Junior or Senior student(s) enrolled in the School of Human Resources and Family Studies, College of Agriculture, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, or such program that represents studies in the fields of Home Economics. The selected student(s) shall have a good academic record as evidenced by maintaining a 4.0 (B) cumulative academic average on a 5.0 scale and demonstrate evidence of leadership in the field of Human Resources and Family Studies (Home Economics) by participation in the student organizations within the field. Students to receive the scholarships shall be selected by the Dean of the College of Agriculture, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign campus or his or her designee in consultation with the Director of the School of Human Resources and Family Studies, College of Agriculture, or his or her designee.
